Hi Dave,
I have a 'hardcopy' of the plan (and very nice it is too) , which is rather larger than A3. I'll have to get this reduced first before scanning to create a PDF.

Thank you for supplying them Roger.

I stitched the scans together and cleaned the joins. Came up great.

I'm excited to get things ready so I got straight into drawing up the parts for the laser cutter.
I managed to squeeze all the parts onto two 4"x12" sheets. :)

A kit came up for sale on eBay this week so I bid and won on it. Please don't laugh - it ended up costing me $55USD!!!
It is in pristine condition. Looking forward to it arriving. :)

Hi Dave,

no shame in paying an exorbitant, eye watering amount, of your hard-earned for the model you really want. We've all done it!
I'm intrigued though why you want the Flitzer. Fine flier that it is, i:whistle:i t's nnot a 'natural' for your favoured EDF (the air intakes are quite small . Are you planning to put in a TSP motor?

Above: Andy Blackwell with Chris Richards' Flitzer at OW this year. Chris is still using up his old Rapiers and the model never missed a flight. We still see several at meetings (they fly equally well with TSP L-2s.) though the kit has not been produced for some years now. I haven't seen an EDF version yet. I wonder if we can persuade VMC to make one?

My plan is to add a cheater hole for the air and make it an R/C EDF. ;)
Well, the wife is against me buying a motorcycle so I'll blow more dollars on my hobby - I'll show her   !

Great shot of Andy and the Flitzer! B)
