Lastly, here is the 'Jupiter-C':

I must admit to being quite pleased with these. Now I 'only' need to print the templates onto lightweight tissue, stick these onto sheet balsa, cut out the bits and lo, we have a replica 1958 kit!
I'll have to charge a bit more than the original half a dollar for these. Please tell me if you would like one. :P

The 'full-size' Jupiter-C went together nicely:

As you can see, I've fitted a clip for a Jetex 50, but I'll probaly exchange this with a mount for a TSP L-2 before heading off to the flying field.

Having built three ARTF Telasco missiles and one of Paul del Gatto's larger missile designs (see sparate forum threads) I decided to make another Jetex Viper, as mine was now looking decidedly 'tatty'.
The original Jetex Viper was quite plainly finished (see the kit box top illustration)

so I decided to finish my new Viper to match my large 'Triton' and the telasco models.

Which I think improves its looks no end and it doesn't look at all shabby in company with the others:

As I have cloned the Thor, Jupiter-C and Nike-Ajax, I can share them with other rocketeers, so please ask if you would like templates or, for a small fee, your very own jetex.org ARTF kit for L-2 propulsion. :cheer:
