      <description><![CDATA[Zephyr is an all balsa twin boom model, with 18&quot; (45 cm) span and 15.75&quot; (40cm) length. It has been specifically designed for the Jet-X 50 motor, though it is also suited to Rapier L2 power or catapult launch.

In a highly favourable review in Aviation Modeller International, August 2002, Chris Strachan hails it as &quot;a superb kit and an excellent introduction to Rapier flying&quot;, urging his readers to &quot;buy one and build one today!&quot;. Recounting a flight with dual Rapier power, he writes:

&quot;The left motor was lit about one second before the right to hold the turn open and off she went. A beautiful left climb to about 100 feet with a super smoke trail from the two motors. Though it’s shown here in a left-handed version, it would be an easy matter for a resourceful lad to adapt it for right-handed igniting. The Popular Science editors had no doubt of its appeal:

THIS real fireworks piece will be safe in the hands of any youngster who can be trusted with matches, and who can handle the cartridge and fuse needed.

It makes use of a harmless model-airplane jet motor, which can he refueled and shot again and again. Since it trails no sparks, the rocket affords no fire hazard, but it should be made in bright colors and fired in daylight. Keep the weight down and trim the stick so that it balances on a line with the orifice of the jet engine.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Finally a YAK 25 design by Andre Dautin from France. This is an unusual plane to model and looks really distinctive with its very high T tail and barrel like fuselage. The design was based on the Jetex50 so it is not very large. As to its flight performance I will not comment because I was never enthralled by the Jetex designs. I do, however, wonder how one accessed the motor buried deeply inside that fully sheeted fuselage.&quot;
