Micro rocket & reaction motors
Most flying these days is done with single-use cardboard tube motors called Rapiers. Technical operation, fuel formulations, and other topics that relate to the motors themselves are explored here.

After a model is constructed it must be flown. The process of trimming and test gliding is very important with a micro rocket powered model.

Topics here pertain to the designing and building of small lightweight model airplanes. Our jet models are similar in many repects to the traditional balsa (both solid wood as well as tissue covered wood framed) models that use other powerplants.
