It's really good to see videos of guys flying successfully flying with the new TSP motors. These are giving really smooth flights.
Also very pleased Phil didn't lose his model with the burn throughs.
The early '150 mN' TSP motors are somewhat prone to this. You will be pleased to know that the later TSP L-2HP motors are much more reliable and robust. Boring out the nozzle to 1.7-1.8 mm will give you the equivalent performance to the '150 mN' motors. This thrust seems to suit the lovly Bell X-1 perfectly.
