Terry, Thank you for imbedding my video, it gives a good idea where I am at. Having used 20 motors through 3 planes sure makes me a real beginner to this technology. At some point I will have to try a more scale like model.
What is interesting to me in the graphs is it appears the thrust is wavering throughout the flight.

These are nice flights, Bill, and the model's configuration is similar to the (very competitive) Snowflake II duration ship which is in our plans archive.
The thrust does vary a bit with time, but its effect is damped out by aerodynamics.
One thought: you could try an L-2 and see how it goes!
