Hello, my name is Ken and Roger the administrator found my post on another forum. My son and I are big control line flyers from 1/2A to .60 size planes. I obtained a Jetex 50 from my dad about 40 + years ago. This has sat with pellets, wicks etc. in this little black case for what seems to be a lifetime.I have successfully fired the Jetex and made a flight with a Jetco style glider. I haven't flown the Jetco Cutlass to date. I would like to know more about how it should glide. If I use a stick and rubber band to catapult launch it likes to loop behind me. Lighter throwing allows it to glide better but I know I don't want it to loop under power..

Hi Ken,
good to have you on board. The Cutlass's glide from a hardish chuck should be quite fast with no tendency to stall (in fact way off the stall) and completely straight. Any looping under power can also be controlled by a thrust tab behind the motor.

Good luck!
