So, here is my current build.... A Vintage Model Company KK Hunter. I thought the kit was very good actually. All the laser cut parts were excellent and a good choice of wood. A bit of a contrast from when I first build this from an original Keil Kraft kit about 40 years ago!
I seem to remember reading somewhere (SAM Speaks?) that the motor position shown on the plan needs adjusting. Or maybe it was to do with down thrust? Before I commit my recently acquired Jetex 50 (eBay bargain!) to the air, any advice would be welcome. Thanks, CT

Note added by Roger:

Many thanks for this. If you are using genuine Jetex power, no modification of the trough is actually needed. Andy Blackwell's model was OK.

One point: I had previously thought the VMC model was the Skyleada design as this was the one I supplied to the original company ('Replikits' many moons ago and the version shown on their website) . .. I'm obviously wrong, here.:S

A nice build - please keep us informed!

I haven't got the plan in front of me so here is the underside of mine showing the Rapier motor position, probably the same for a Jetex 50, mine flew fine.

Nice build! I've seen a few of the KK Hunters fly, they seem to go very well.
